Return Window
You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return or exchange. After 14 days, we are unfortunately unable to accept returns.
Eligible Items
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- Unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition
- Tags still attached
- In the original packaging
- Not marked as a final sale item
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
- Items without original tags or packaging
- Final sale or clearance items
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper care
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at louisboutiquestore@gmail.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, the reason for your return, and a photo if the item is damaged.
Our team will respond within 2 business days. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for different sizes or colors of the same item, subject to availability. Contact us at louisboutiquestore@gmail.com.
Damaged or Wrong Items
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at louisboutiquestore@gmail.com with a photo. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund.
